Easy Wings

These take just a few minutes to prep (even faster if you don't split them) and Your family will LOVE them!
- Prep Time:
- Cook Time:
- Servings: 6 to 8
Ingredients
- (3 pounds) Wings
- (as desired) Creole Seasoning
Directions
The easiest way to split the wing (as shown in the picture) is with scissors. Simply feel for the joints and cut where it connects.
Sprinkle front and back with Seasoning and lay on a cooking sheet. You don't have to leave much space between, as you can see in the photo.
Cook at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, (50 minutes if you like the skin a little crisper) turning each one over about half way through.
Mix up your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
For an even quicker method (and my favorite way) is to not separate wings and simply fold the tip back and tuck it behind, forming a triangle. There's no cutting involved and fewer separate pieces to flip.
