Frequently Asked Questions:  The ONE FARM standard

At One Farm, we believe transparency starts with clear answers. If there is anything we haven’t addressed, click the button to go to our contact page.

Are your products organic?

The organic certification for our processor was approved just before our last batch of 2025 was processed. Those products will be in our freezer and available for purchase very soon!

Current Inventory Note: Our current stock was raised under the exact same high standards, but it does NOT carry the USDA organic label. When the certified products are ready, they will have a separate product description on our shop page so you know exactly what you are buying.

Who is your organic certifier?

Our certification is handled by CCOF (California Certified Organic Farmers), one of the most trusted and rigorous organic certifiers in the industry.

What does "Pasture-Raised" look like at One Farm?

For us, pasture-raised is about freedom - “Free Choice”. Our birds have more space outside than they have inside the barns. (No concrete porches here). Once they are fully feathered and ready for the elements, we open 25 doors every single morning, allowing them to come and go as they please. While outside, they enjoy full sunshine and the freedom to forage for bugs and seeds in the pasture.

Are the chickens outside on pasture 24/7?

No, and for a good reason: we prioritize the safety and comfort of our birds.

The Brooder Phase
: Chicks start their lives in a protected brooder until they are fully feathered and strong enough to handle the elements.

Free Choice Living
:
Once they’re ready, we open the doors and let them decide. We call it "Free Choice." From sunrise to sunset, they are free to roam the pasture, forage for bugs, and soak up the Oklahoma sunshine.

Smart Shelter
: When it’s dark or the weather turns crummy, they have a dry, safe barn to return to. We don’t force them to stay out in the rain or wind just to check a box. We provide the pasture; they choose how to use it.

Are your meat sticks considered "Clean Label"?

It depends on the flavor! We believe in total transparency:

Our Original, Habanero BBQ, and Dill Pickle flavors are fully Clean Label. They use only simple ingredients and our premium chicken.

While our Jalepeno and Cheese is also made with our premium cuts of chicken, the cheese changes the classification and is NOT considered a Clean Label.

Why use "whole-muscle" meat instead of trimmings?

Most meat snacks are made from "mechanically separated" trimmings. We use whole-muscle chicken—the same premium cuts you buy for a family dinner. This ensures a superior texture and quality that you can taste in every bite of our premium meat snacks.

How does One Farm practice Regenerative Agriculture?

As members of AIF’s Rege[N]ation, we focus on regenerative agriculture practices that restore the land. By allowing our chickens to forage and graze our Oklahoma pasture, we naturally improve soil health. We are proud to be an American Indian Foods Certified authentic producer, honoring the land and our heritage.

Will you be shipping to more states soon?

Meat Sticks
: These ship to any state within the continental US.

Frozen Products: Currently, we ship frozen chicken to 13 states surrounding Oklahoma. We are actively working to find better sources for dry ice and insulated packaging to expand our frozen shipping reach later this year.

What do I do if I have problems with my shipment?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.  However, if you have problems with your order or shipment, we want a chance to make it right.  Please call us at 918-864-4529.

Can I order online and pick up at the farm?

Yes! We welcome farm pickups. We just ask that you please call or text ahead so we can make sure someone is available to help you when you arrive.
